just got 100caps of sida cordifolia delivered. - got a couple of questions -
what time is it best to take it? i used to take it a while ago - 2years or so for a couple of months but iv forgotten when i took it really
also its 1 cap twice a day now - im sure it used to be more like 4-6 a day? (100 caps would last 50days!) has the dosage changed does anyone know?
