decided against making a new thread because I dont care that much, more so just noticed we dont get a msg when someone gives negative rep, but do when we get positive

Calm down, I changed the point factor, so everyone's reps decreased equally across the board.
And yes, you get a PM and you can see all reps (positive or negative) in your usercp or profile page.
