Reship policy

I am about to order now. But I saw that you changed the reship policy.
It now says:

NOTE: No reship policy for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, APO, FPO, and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies.

Can you pleace tell what the other high risk countries are. I need to know if I am covered by the reship policy??

This might have some intrest for other buyers also.
