I'm known as B.Rock. I am 36 yrs young. I am 5'7" 185lbs 12%BF and until this point I have been completely natural (Home brewed Tribulus herbal compound), with somewhat satisfying results. I am looking for some guidance as I start and perhaps throughout my first Test cycle. Any advice and an all suggestions are greatly appreciated. I have started a solid workout routine and pretty solid diet. I have a 5-2 work out plan alternating 4 sets/6-8 reps of chest/legs/back/abs/arms with planks and calisthenics for my warm-up. My diet consists of mostly fish, baked chicken, steamed vegetables & fresh fruits, brown or wild rice, red potatoes and I seldom eat or buy processed foods.
I am looking to bulk up slightly but more importantly add some solid gains in strength as well as mass. My overall goal is 205lbs cut and strength gains of about 30-40%. I am looking to start my first 10wk Test-E Cycle next month, consisting of 250ml Test-E and either 20mg Dbol or Anavar to kick start my first week. I plan to run 250ml HCG at weeks 1-4 and 8-10, along with fish oil and livermax. My 5 week PCT will consist of Nolva 60/40/40/20/20 and Clomid 150/100/100/50/50 about 1-2 weeks after my last pin. I have the Nolva, HCG fish oil and livermax. From what I learned, Test-E is the most favorable choice as my first Cycle because of the length of the ester and long half-life. I plan to post weekly pics and daily updates of my progress, results, effects, emotional outbursts (Joking).
I have been researching many sponsors for gear. So many in fact, I'm in overload and I don't even know which one to trust as they all claim to be legit and trusted. So any pointers in the safest and smartest direction for legit HG would be humbly appreciated.
