I heard some comment that guys who look ripped look more stronger and more muscular overall because they're more chiseled. I don't think that's true. I think if you were at 7% bodyfat with a decent amount of muscle and suddenly had 16% bodyfat on you , you'd look more muscular, just have less vascularity. What do you guys think? I think most guys in BB obviously would prefer to be ripped and have a lot of muscle to make up for the lack of mass.

Kind of a dumb thread but just wondering what your thoughts are.

So when it comes to road fights whats counts the ripped or the bulky?

Wana bet?:D

huh? I don't think its even relevant, fighting has nothing to do with being ripped or bulky.

Aha i was just kidding.....

hmmm....size can be very misleading. I have met a few weak big guys and on the other side I have met skinny guys who have that retard strength.

Bruce lee could probably have arnie in a road fight because he has the fighting technique down.

I was talking with an older friend of mine the other day, and even though I'm much stronger than him, he's a former English Karate champion, and he had all these techniques that didnt even use strength. And we even had a wrestle n all my strength went out the window because he could counter and get me in vulnerable positions using just his index and middle finger.

He whooped my ass!

But yea, ripped looks way more muscular. Look at powerlifters compared to bodybuilders with their shirts off.

That's a bit skewed.
