Rosacea and tanning

I am a professional entertainer along with body building and I prefer to be bronze during my performances. I am an assistant to a magician so I have to be in small outfits and being tan makes me look more tone as with my part time body building competition hobby. I now have rosacea, and so I am sure you understand my new situation. How will I get tan!? I heard certain levels of beds don't affect rosacea and I was wondering if this type of tanning bed is one of them? If not, I'm thinking that I would go around and try to find a salon that has the type I need. Any ideas? Spray tanning doesn't have the effect I'm going after. Also, I am on Demodex. Is that something that makes my skin sensitive to ultraviolet light?
