TURKEY - Russia's ambassador to Turkey is the latest victim of assassination in the Turkish capital of Ankara. Ambassador Andrei Karlov was killed after being shot while speaking at an art gallery event. According to early news reports from the region the Russian diplomat was photographed laying on the floor in a pool of blood before being rushed to a hospital.
