Hey all, just registered the other day. I'd like to thank all of you for the excellent info iv been getting of this forum that iv been passing of as my own words of wisdom in the gym for a while now. So keep up the good work and im glad to be here.

Im 23, been working out for 6 years 5'10", 15% 190lbs, realy want to break the 200lb mark soon.

Welacome and if you eat correctly, 200 lbs is right around the corner
