Second cycle advice

I currently am running 250 test cyp monday and thursday. and 100 tren e monday and thursday also.
I am 5'10" and really feel that i have plenty of bulk. i really have no problem putting weight on but i feel that i am retaining to much water and would like to shread some BF.
I am eating about 200-220 grams of protein daily with about and 150-180 carb. and im at the gym 4-5 days a week.
For my next cycle i would like some help with both diet and gear.
First question are my daily intake amounts correct.
Second i have a script for the test cyp and would like to continue using it because of the easy transaction and i have enough tren to last for awhile. what should i add to my cycle for cutting.
Third at what point do i need to add an anti estrogen. at this point i have no issues with gyno but i would like to keep it that way.


small disclaimer: i do cheat on my diet on saturday or sunday never both how much damage could i be doing?

Is your cyp and tren totals 250 and 100 per week or 500 and 200 per week(250 per shot and 100 per shot)? Either way that is pretty low for tren in my book. Also you should be running an AI either way. Hell, even when I'm crusin I run at least one pump of formeron per day.
 
cyp 250 twice a week(500 total) and 100 tren twice a week(200 total). thanks for the ai advice. i have tren 200 e for my next run which i would be at 400 per week.
 
i am due to start my second cycle but first was 10 years ago of decca and test lat time i slow built up dose and reduced at te end

thsi tiem i am getting advised just to so amount through out course
 
After ten years you should grow like a weed on test alone.
 
Gear looks fine. I don't need an AI for that dose. Just eat 500-1000 under maintenance. Do cardio for around 40 minutes a day 3-5 days a week and cheat meals help for cutting.
