Severe testicle pain on PCT? Is this normal?

I was on 400mg of test weekly for 5 years. Just xame off for the first time. Having serious pain and a bit of swelling in right testicle 3 weeks after last shot, 1 week after finishing 5000 iu of HCG. Is this swelling and pain normal? Should I run more hcg? 5 years is a long time to be shut down. Any thoughts? ( pain on and off for a week)

How long might this take to pass. Should I go see a doctor?? Lol worried about the boyz....
