Upon coming home from a fierce workout I sit down and usually make myself a protein shake, creatine mono with apple juice and a medium size lunch...

Can I simply mix the protein, creatine mono, glutamine to gether?
 
wouldn't that give you bad bloat??.. even wiith the apple juice??..

Drink half your creatine before your work out, and the other half during your work out. You should'nt need any more creatine post workout. And if your trying to gain weight you should ditch that medium post workout meal for a XXL post workout meal.
