I saw some people throwing boxing style punches on the heavy bags at the gym. So, since there were few bags available, I also wanted practice my old style striking. I don't know how to punch like them, so I was practicing choping, finger japping, back fist striking, and regular punches. After practicing for few minutes, I noticed that some of them were not happy what I was doing. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left slowly.
I am not a professional, and also can't afford to join MMA school. I just know few moves and just wanted maintain what I already know. But now I am not so sure if I should practice there next time.
