sure. I had never heard of it before but it's a 7-oxo metabolite of DHEA or some nonsense. It's said to reduce estrogen as well as cortisol. We will see. My joints are always a little achey until I get about 4-5 sets into my workout, so it's hard for me to tell how well it's working, but I will do my best.
