Side or back of dealt?

Is it best to go in from the back or side of delt. Have trouble getting it in back too far! Is there any difference?

I go to side or slightly in front, several good spots to hit, have not done rear delts yet.

Rule of thumb, go where there is meat, rear delts wont be ultra beefy.

I have never gone in the rear delt just b/c it is hard to reach back there by yourself. I find it easiest to go in the side, it is right there for you to reach comfortably. I assume that is what you mean by side and back. go where it is easier to reach unles you got a bitch to spot for you

haha yeah lol nothing like a nice pre med girl to help u out.... i wouldnt do it bymyself. Its realy easy to identify if u look at an antomy book
