Hey I just joined the site to seek some advice from people who have been in the game for5+ years straight

My sleep cycle is all messed up I don't get tired til 3am on. Wake up around 11:30am I wake up tired, after my morning shake or breakfast I wanna take a nap. I recently read going to sleep and waking up on the same day stresses out your adrenal glands. Anyone know more of this and or how to fix it?

My supplement regime is Androbolix in the morning, Animal Stak pre workout, and Regenerate prior to bed.

BP = Blood Pressure.

The adrenal glands are endogenous glands that secrete epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenalin) with the main hormone being cortisol.

Adrenal fatigue can effect BP because of the vessels inability to constrict because you do not have adequate amounts of circulating hormones (cortisol -> epinephrine). This will cause your vessels to NOT constrict and thus your BP will be low. A test they will do is a sit/stand blood pressure reading or a lay/sit/stand BP reading. What they are checking for is Orthostatic Hypotension. Your BP will basically drop as you go from laying to sitting to standing. I rarely see this when I take care of patients, but when it happens, you know.

Much appreciation for the article. The sleep is what is killing me, I feel unrested. I take hr naps on occasion and it feels as if I slept for 5 mins. I'd def feel more relieved once I get checked 100%. Sleep is the #1 thing overrated and a contributing factor to many health defects. Repped

I just found out that i may have Adrenal fatigue, this sucks ass! Every time i make progress in the gym something always happens. Will be tested next week.
