My T was 158. He gave me a Cyp shot 400mgs and said come back in 1 month for another. How does TRT work? He never explained. My thoughts are at this dose it will just get my levels normal. No gainz.

Your Dr. will only give you doses on a schedule to bring your test levels to the bare min.

It's not his job to give you BB type doses brother. And testosterone doesn't give you "gainz." You need to lift to do that.

Find a new doctor, that's a horrible protocol he has you on. You should be put on anywhere from 100-200mg/week of testosterone cypionate plus some kind of AI. You're going to feel like shit 2 weeks after every injection he currently has you on.

TRT would be more effective and funcional with Test decanoate or undecanoate pinned every 2 wks at the least.

Idk why that's not an ester they incorporate into trt.
