Long story short I went from being an advanced trainee to looking like complete shit. Why did I leave? I fell into deep depression. Now that I look back, I pretty much spent two years of life in sorrow doing absolutely nothing for myself.

After two years being a sorry fuck, I am ready to step back in the gym and get back to where I once was. My motivation is through the roof although I am extremely insecure at the moment of the way I'm looking.

The picture in my avatar is me currently at 160lbs. I'm trying to upload the picture but I can't seem to figure it out unless it's because i'm a new member. Do I start bulking? Or should I cut down excess bodyfat and restart? This is me currently at 160lbs. I'm about 5'6 - 5'7 depending on who's asking.

Aside from that, I have some left over gear from two years ago. Do I put it to use or just focus on getting back into it?

Thank you for time guys.

No gear. Get back in the gym. Get your diet in check.

Get back into shape first it's a hard road at first but once your back you can start throwing in the fun stuff again

want to beat depression? hit the gym bro. No gear just focus on your diet and training.

U will make some gains w/o the gear. Get ur nutritional program and workouts dialed in. U should b able to make solid size for the 1st yr or more. After that I'd get back into the gear.

If u had such a hard time w depression its not a good idea to toss it in as it will mess w ur hormones, emotions, and mindset. If u r not on top of ur AI's and how each roid will effect ur mind u will screw ur self big time.

One step at a time, one step at a time.
