1- How much time does it take for creatine to enter on blood (and so starting to getting to effect on your body)?
30 mins? 1h?
2- Other question just to get sure that i am not taking to much creatine:
I have a supplement of creatine. It says that each 100g of the supplement gives you about 70g of carbon hydrates and 10 g monohydrate of creatine.
So, if i want to have 3 grams of creatine in my body i just need to take 30g of the above suplement. Correct?
3- Last question: let suppose that every day i need to have an intake of about 150g of carbon hydrates (through normal meals/food). Now lets suppose that everyday i will tak a suplement like the above one (50g for example). That means that i will be taking 35g (half of 70) of ch (carbon hydrates). Can i take into account these 35 g of ch when calculating the amount of ch that i get everyday? Or these ch coming from teh suplement are not so "good" and "pure" like the ones i obtain from food?
I really need to know that but i dont know if i must ignore the amount of ch coming from the creatine suplement (remember that i am not speaking about creatine itself: the suplement that i take gives me 74g of ch plus 10 of creatine foe each 100 g of product).
thanks guys
