Hi,
New to this site. Had shoulder surgery. 9 mth recovery period. In my 8th mth. Just trying to get info and techniques on what I can do to recover and get my strength back.

Painful in the beginning, but I've had enough surgeries in the past, so I knew what to expect. It's coming along well, but I am here just looking and gathering info, you know?
