Sore/swollen after injection test e. What are the treatment?

I injected test e twice a week of 250ml each. I have no problem until my last injection on week 6. I have pain on the glute; the injection area. Redness and swollen in day two after injection. Now its day 4 and it's not getting any better. I'm starting to worry.
I use 26 g 1/2 needle. I know it sound crazy but it works fine for me in the last 5 weeks. Because my fat layer is very thin.
Is there anyone had the same problem ? any suggested treatment without seeing the doctor please?

How you making out now Bud? I had shit like this happen from just missing the muscle or pinning close to nerves....

Was it pharma test or ugl?

Did you change up anything in your pinning protocol?

How much you pinned and was you pinning anything else with it?

How many times you pinned in glute before?
