Waz up! Like I said, i'm new to the forum, but Iv'e been reading the posts for a long time. Great place for info at anytime. I Especially like seeing all the wacko recipes people have conconted for protein shakes and are using some of them myself(still trying to figure out how fine to blend the oats). People really seem knowledgable here. Better than buying alll the different books out there that claim to be the best source for bodybuilding information.
At 5' 5", I am Currently at 130, my short term goal is to get to 140. Really eager to get there. Will let you know how it goes. Later all.
