someone told me on here that super pump didnt have creatine in it and you would have to get creatine also.plus i didnt mean taking it mixed up i meant taking it seperately im about out of no explode and wanted to try something different .im truly sorry for the confusion.thanks

yea watch out for superpump 250. i bought a bottle and am almost done but it gave me diarreah (sp?) every other day if not every day. plan on trying NO xplod after this.

Just tried it today. WOW

Gives that bit of extra energy as well as a lean swollen pump....I like it.

As for the fat burning....well see how that works out.

So whats the verdict....take CM with it?

Its gives a good pump and nice energy but i don't think I'd buy it again.
