After three years I've returned to the gym again.
Just joined 'Club Fit by my work. I do 20mins of cardio almost every lunch and at lease three days after work lifting weights and now I go swimming twice a week. I even got myself a personal trainer to help me with my fitness goals.
I hope I loose the fat I gain in three years of school and desk jobs. Right now I am beginning a year long cut cycle. Goal is to loose 153lbs in a year and a half.
