Starting Anavar cycle after test E Cycle

So I ran a test E cycle for 12 weeks 600mg a week
I used aroma 10mg and hcgenate since day one
BTW amazing results combined with diet and 6days a week at the gym
will be starting PCT in another week
10mg aroma
hcgenerate erveryday
50 mg clomid everday
3g vit c
30g creatine


I really want to shred out, a cycle is a cycle so do i still wait the full recovery time?
Im not finding any research on this just people who ran it during the cycle.
My question is how can i run it in my current state or is is far to soon to run after i finish my PCT

-Don't run Var only if that's what you're thinking
-You can only find info on running it during a cycle because it is an AAS, it does shut you down, and by itself would be miserable
-It would make ZERO sense to start another cycle right after you finish PCT
-You diet is going to play the biggest role in getting lean, Var may help a little but it won't just get you shredded
 
Okay I understand my main concern was to protect the gain and lean out thats the only reason I considered this.

You realize that your rational for keeping the gains you made from steroids was to run PCT(to restore normal endocrine function) only to shut yourself right down again with more steroids. Albeit a weaker steroid.

Anyway, good look. Spend a lot of time researching, you'll eventually get it
 
You can do anyting you want but if you run Var you will suppress yourself again and yu might have some dick issues in time without test mixed in there at at least a TRT dose or a little higher. Typically what happens over a couple years of cycling is even with time on = time off you end up somewhat HPTA compromised. so you end up yoyoing only to end up with a shitty recovery. What to do then is basically go off for a year if you really want to recover. If you accept the idea that you will be suppressed in time anyways and have a sub optimal HPTA without much longer off periods then it becomes a game of taking enough time off for health reasons, basically letting the body recover from the stress of AAS, and then getting right back on or blast and cruise or blast then quick 4-6 week PCT and back on. There are a number of ways to deal with it. Then again some people do just fine with time on = time off and keep a lot more gains than most. \Bottom line is it's your decision. Experiment and take notes and every step down the path gets you closer to your personal way to optimally get the results your shooting for.
 
var shuts you down. extend cycle with var in it or ditch the idea.
