First thing, I'm aware of the no source discussion rules, but I just want to reach as much people as I can with my terrible experience with Jintani Labs, I'm also aware that Jintani is a sponsor of this forum, but I'm posting anyway. Well, I was first attracted to Jintani Labs because of it's very appealing prices, and made the mistake of purchasing some juice almost 2 months ago, for a cycle I've planned for months, and saved for even more months... long story short, my purchase was $237, and I've paid almost $50 in Western Union taxes, for 30 Clomid tabs, 200 Dbol tabs, 4 sust 250 vials and 2 tren A vials, not an expensive price at all, but in the end I've paid for nothing, due to Jintani Labs extreme incompetence. The problem starts in the dispatching, it delayed more than a week, but that's okay, I'm not that of a nagger, the thing is, I live in Brazil, and being very experienced in buying from overseas, I know my country's customs agency, so I asked Jintani to ship the goods in at least 3 different packages, this way I knew for sure nothing would be held by the customs. I didn't just ask, I stated and emphasized 4 different times that this procedure would be necessary, as I was aware of Jintani no reship policy (even though it's not specified that this policy applies to Brazil on their Shipping and Returns disclaimer), I didn't want to take any risk, I was even willing to pay more for the shipping. Jintani Labs in any moment told me that this shipping requirement couldn't be attended, and they picked up my payment with no complaints. A few days later the first package was sent, the Clomids, no problem there, one package with just the clomids would certainly get to me without being held by customs. After a delay of more than a week, they finally send the second package, with ALL the rest of the items in it, I was hopeless, after I telling them over and over again to send the steroids in at least 3 different packages, they send me all the juice in just one, 6 vials and 200 tabs are some kind of a heat for the customs people. I'll probably get the clomid, but it's worthless, all the juice is already in possession of the customs agency, I lost my cycle due to Jintani Labs negligence and carelessness. I tried to explain my situation for days, via chat with the support staff, by submiting tickets, with no success, they simply are not willing to make up for their mistake, they even started closing my tickets without answering, which I find very rude. Anyways, just trying to spread the word about this company's lack of compromise with it's costumers. Sorry for the bad english, not my first language.

After some research, which I should have done prior to buying from Jintani Labs, I found a lot of complaints about this company, it seems to be a case of "hit or miss", both in the matter of recieving something, in a general way, and recieving what you ordered, I mean, what you think you bought. As there's lots of people complaining about sub-dosage and complete lack of effeciency. It also seems that they suffer from "bad batches" ocasionaly. I once questioned the support staff about their labs, I wanted to know where the roids were being produced, he didn't give me a straight answer. What I know is that they sent one package from Singapure, and one from Hong Kong, and the company being from Moldova (I suppose, as the person who picked up my money was from there, city of Chisinau, specifically), it makes me think that Jintani only orders the products from any cheap lab and label it as theirs. I don't even think they have the decency of testing the batches, as there are so many reports of sub-dosage, and I don't even want to think about quality control (don't get me wrong, I know the underground labs' risk invloved, and still would use the juice, but anyways)... and speaking about this guy who picks up the money, his name is Marian Terenti, I really hope that this not so common name, as google suggests, has two incidences in the one city of Chisinau, because the only reference google gives me to this name is a Facebook profile of some kid who doesn't seem to be 20 years old.

does your customs send you a letter?, if so I would only due business with sponsors who have a reship policy

I didn't recieve any letter, but I know the shipping was seized by the tracking number... I know I should buy from sources who reship to Brazil, but if Jintani had followed my instructions it would make no difference, the products would never be seized. thanks for the reply

Dude you ordered from a company with a no reship policy, then complain that they won't reship. How do you know customs wouldn't get any of your packages if shipped in 3 different boxes? You're dealing with illegal substances and customs agents. Shits gonna happen. And no I've never used Jintani so I have no bias.

I have used Jintani multiple times and I have had a good experience. I don't know if it is just Brazil but they reship from the USA. They have reshipped on a few different occasions. Anyway, I understand your frustrated.

Dude, you don't seem to have read all I wrote, if they had done what I asked in the first place, and even so the packages were seized, I would not be complaining, I stated 4 different times that the items should come in at least 3 diffrent packages, and also told them I would have no problem paying more for this

First off, I want to state that I have zero experience with this company and do not pretend to know anything about it--either good or bad, so the following comment is not directed specifically at Jintani, but is a general statement.

You get what you pay for! It still blows my mind that people will look for the chepaest possible source they can find and then bitch when things go wrong. If you order from a company that is known to, in some cases, sell steroid for less than they cost to make, it should be enough to get the wheels turnin'-ya' know what I mean? Do you really expect great customer service when you can buiy gear for $15 a vial? Do you really expect a company to go the extra mile for you when they sell gear cheaper than everyone else? If so, you should start preparing for many more bad experiences to come, as this isn't going to be an isolated incident.

I say the following in the nicest way possible, but do yourself a HUGE favor and stop being a cheap-ass! You need to pay for quality, customer service, and competence. These things aren't free. Any company that excells in these areas is going to charge for them. UGL's are in business for one reason--to turn a profit--and there are only two types of UGL's. There are those who charge more, but focus on quality, customer service, and competence--and there are those who go the other direction; pushing out products at the lowest possible price while cutting as many corners as possible, so they can still turn a profit. If you chose to buy from a company that goes the "other" direction, especially one that falls on the far end of that spectrum, what do you expect?

Whatever you do, stop deluding yourself into thinking that cheapest UGL's should do things the same way as the more costly UGL's. When someone isn't willing to spend more than a few dollars a bottle, there is going to be problems. There is no reason for you to come here and "warn" people about Jintani. Why? Because anyone who knows anything would NEVER expect things to go perfectly when buying from the cheapest UGL available. Would anyone here buy the cheapest car possible, turn down the warranty, and then expect their experience to be as good as those who buy from Lexus? No. The person accepts the fact that they bought the cheapest car possible with no warranty --and they hope for the best, they don't expect it. Although they might be uphappy about it when things start breaking prematurely, they don't go out and start bashing the auto maker when it refuses to repair their no-warranty car...because they already knew that these things could happen before they bought the car. They took the risk knowing full well what could happen. In the same way, when you make a decision to buy the cheapest gear possible with no re-ship, don't be upset when something goes wrong.

Jintani offers a particular service--a service to those people who can't afford to spend more than a few dollars a vial. This is what they do, but by doing so, Jinati is not able to offer all the same gear, customer service, or benefits of the companies who charge 2-4X as much (or more) per product.

In my opinion, while Jintani probably should have told you they weren't going to send out your order in 3 different packages, they can't be blamed for your order getting confiscated, especially when there is no gaurantee you would have recieved your order when shipped in 3 seperate packages vs. two. Besides, with the amount of product you ordered, there would have been virtually no difference in the size of the packages, regardless of whether it was sent out in 2 or 3 packs. On top of that, the size of the packs isn't determined by gear quanitity alone, but by how each UGL decides to package their products. Some UGL's cram as much gear as possible into their packs, leaving very little air space, while others package their gear a bit looser and use packing fillers to keep the gear from moving around. So, you really had no clue how big your packs were going to be before you ordered them, further invalidating your 2 vs. 3 packs claim.

Look, I can understand your frustration--and I probably would have been pissed as well if they ignored my packaging request without telling me, but at the same time, not only can you not blame them for your gear getting confiscated, but you also chose to buy gear from the cheapest UGL possible. Failing to recieve your gear is more YOUR fault than theirs. Had you been willing to use a UGL which offers the services you are now demading, you would not be in this situation right now.

Lastly, you did not say whether Jinati actually agreed to ship your order in 3 different packages? You only said that you asked them to and offered to pay extra for shipping. Did Jintani actually agree to do this for you...or is it something you asked, but they never said they would do...because there is a big difference?

For some reason I think it's funny when guys say juice. It sounds so derogatory. Another satisfied customer... Have a nice day.

I agree with this to a certain extent for instance I think that cheap gear usually correlates with shitty gear and bad service... But expensive gear does not necessarily mean the opposite. having said that. I have used gear from many many sponsors on this board and others and the best(By best I mean smooth gear no pip and clear results and flows through a 25g syringe like butter) stuff I have used do far has not been cheap but has been worth it.

Shameless plug for AY but if she'll have you get on it... She really is the bees knees. and im just a customer not affiliated.

Again I have been using Jintani for about a year and have had awesome results. I just received a TD yesterday and that one package had to be reshipped 3 times. I have recently tried a couple of domestic resources from this board but Jintani has been great for me. I have absolutely no affiliation w Jintani. Just wanted to share my very positive experience.

I have used Jintani also. I ordered 3 different items. One came from the far east, one from India and one from a middle eastern country. They seem to be using the drop ship method on many items they don't keep in stock. One item took 3 weeks to get to me, but I received all items. None of these were AAS, and they did seem to work. I would buy from them again.

Excellent information, Mike. This should be a newbie sticky IMHO.
