My name is Brandon and I am from Ontario Canada. I pretty much played Football thru out highschool and am still playing. Thats one of the main reasons why I am so much into fitness. I am also going to school for a fitness trainer. So yeah thats pretty much what there is about me, oh yeah and its pretty sweet that there is a forum for fitness.
