I am not new to lifting but new to the site current stats are 35yrs old 195lbs and 17% BF (I have a lil gut). I currently workout 5 days a week run a pretty clean diet I think and have done a few Pro's with good results but may be stepping my supplements up a bit in the next few weeks. Looked like a good site that I could possibly find the info to help me gain a little more muscle and loose a little more of by BF safely. Just wanted to reach out and say hi to everyone before jumping right in with the questions.
