my name is dirk and just gettin started in the muscle building lifestyle.....been hittin the gym for about 2 months now and have seen lots of improvements....im 6ft tall and 190lbs.....just started a cycle of sustaon 250 and deca 300mg yesterday.....i hear it is a good stack and i should see great results....any info is greatly appreciated...

also im taking 1cc every 7 days....is that good???
