when i finish my test/eq cycle i may try one or both of these. Those that have experiece with these ph's, what are typical gains? looking for a strength aid and dry/lean gains. thanks
Super DMZ is the way to go between the two for dry/lean gains. Diet dependent 8-10 lbs would be what I'd estimate as a safe bet for a recomp with a little fat loss. If you are gonna bulk you may be able to get 10-15lbs with minimal fat gain
