Super DMZ 2.0 RX stacked with Alpha 1 Max ?

I ordered SDMZ 2.0 RX and A1M. I need information on how many capsules of each I should take a day and how many weeks my cycle should be. Also, what other supplements should be taken during this cycle to stay on the safe side from these two powerful prohormones... After the cycle has ended what pct should be used. I'm worried about the side effects of this cycle and want to avoid them best way possible. Please help ?
