Bottle says do not use more than 2 weeks until taking 4 weeks off.

Should I follow this?

I was planning a 4 wk cycle.
I miss a day or two a week with out using.
 
You can go four. Just be sure your post cycle is good. Do not miss taking every day!
 
How were your results?
Is it as good as ORAL 1-AD?
