after finishing your bottle of superdrol..The next time you head into the gym..how did you all feel...I felt weak and tired and had a damn headache...i pushed through it with a hour and a half workout but i really had to push myself...i didnt quite get the results from this cycle like i had before..my body weight stayed the same,,Body parts grew and inch to inch 1/2 with this cycle..

So how was it for you when you finished the cycle..

BIO's before i get bashed

Male Age 36
Bodyweight 199.50
Height 6 feet 1
Goals are to be stronger and have a great physique..not looking for too much mass...The Cut ripped look is good for me...

What were you running for pct on this? What doses of the super were you running in the last week of cycle?

There have been reports of people being lethargic with super but i have never run it yet.:thumb:

How's your diet.. Also, how much water are you drinking? Some have exp headaches and they increased their water intake and it helped a bunch...

Even when people are on products like BOLD200 there is some lethargy... Stims come in very handy... Also upping the carbs helps as well. But it really depends on your goals

I have heard about upping carbs and i usually up my water to about 2 gals a day on cycle:thumb:

my Intake of SuperD never changed..i took one in the morning and one before workout..Never took em on Days off and weekends..I am using 6oxo and Formadrol Extreme for a pct..the last cycle i did with SuperD,,i only used 6oxo for a pct..this was recommended by my supplier...I admit i am not a very good eater,,i eat as much protein and carbs as i can..in between 100-200 grams of Protein a day..

you should have taken it everyday for 3 weeks, not just on lifting days. you should have used nolva for pct, not just that otc crap. there are your problems. also, not nearly enough food i suspect. you really should read up on this stuff and do a lot of research before fucking with your hormones the way superdrol does.

Thanks guys..i totally understand what you guys are saying..

I strongly recommend you go to Ed Byrd's - "The Science of Transformations" and look at some of the info he has. His info is some of the best I know of out of 12 years of weightlifting. Anything that Hugo Rivera puts out is also another good one. My former trainer has a bachelors in exercise physiology and he recommended strongly Hugo Rivera books. As for my own personal knowledge in the periodization category Ed Byrd's is probably the most effective, easiest to comprehend that I have seen. However, realize your limitations as his workouts will without a doubt get the job done but if you arent careful or are not used to periodization you can hurt yourself.
