hi guyz. not been here for along time. i need a bit of help with my supplements.i haven't used any supplements for a long time know. my last stack was

-super pump 250
-size no
-plazmajet
- 100% whey.

the 100% whey was good and i like it. but the 250,size on and plazmajet were not so great. i did not feel much. and real big pumps or crazy energy.:geewhiz:

i want to jump back on the supplements coz i started working and i need a boost before gym. i build house for a living and its hard work. i just want a stack that will give me energy befor gym, help build muscle and recovery. something along those lines.

i understand how food is the key. i try to eat healthy when i can. and train hard and go cardio 2-3 times a week.

i was tolled that u need this types of supplements to build muscles

- Protein
-Creatine
- Glutamine
-Amino Acids
-NO (Nitric Oxide)

but i just want to know what i real need and which products are wear buying.i had a stack in mind.

-100% whey are a protein
- some type of Creatine Ethyl Ester
-USP Labs Jacked / Jack3d
-Scivation Xtend

Stay away from Creatine etyl-ester its crap stick with creatine monohydrate its cheap and does what its supposed to and with what you said you want to achieve it sounds like a good Test booster would go a long way

cheap but effective go with:
creatine monohydrate
waxy maize
protein
 
this mix has been working for me.. i recently added the size on during my workouts.. over the last 90 days i have lost 3 inches around my waist and gone from 28% BF to 18%... i have a long way to go but there is no doubt that im stronger and look better.. eating clean has been the key tho... no soda, beer, cigs, fast food or fried foods have made a huge difference...
