Just starting off with a post here, I used to contribute a lot to bb forums, but the people were really stupid there, so I am fairly active on mindandmuscle because I love to learn the details and science behind health, muscle building, fat loss, brain health, etc. But I'm joining honestly so I can PM someone about gyno, since I think he has a lot of information
I've had gyno since puberty, and I hope it will finally melt away soon, I'm 19, and am the leanest Ive been in years, still not shredded however.
I don't bodybuild perse, I am training to dunk on a 10 foot rim, pretty damn close, just need get the lifts up a bit more, and I'm a raw vegan, been almost a year, I may start eating differently this summer to see if I feel different, mayybe
