supplement advice needed

I work for a furniture delivering company Weds.-Sat where I do a lot of heavy lifting I'm looking for something to help me shed some pounds and gain some muscle. I can see an increase in my arms and chest already. Also I will be working out at the gym sun-tues. I was thinking about just taking creatine and eating protien rich foods. Some people also were telling me about m-drol but I don't know much about that... any info would greatly appreciated

prohormones suck!!! eat clean, protein shakes at work and take a multimeg vitamin with no Iron.

Optimum Nutrition is the choice of many (like me), and they have a great 100% Whey protein and a multivitamin called Opti-Men... :kissu:
 
There are many quality proteins out there and like the others have said, I can vouch for Optimum Nutrition also. They make quality protein.
 
I did work for a moving company many many years ago, it is a brutal job my friend. I remember that i did rely on tons of coffee, and creatine at the time. I would stay away from pro-hormone stuff. A good solid pre-workout or post-workout should help you improve your performance, recovery and overall stamina. My favorite two pre-workouts would be Bulldozer XL5000 since it also has BCAAs and Glutamine. Or try BodyOctane from MAN.

For post workout, my favorites are Surge or Torrent.
