I work for a furniture delivering company Weds.-Sat where I do a lot of heavy lifting I'm looking for something to help me shed some pounds and gain some muscle. I can see an increase in my arms and chest already. Also I will be working out at the gym sun-tues. I was thinking about just taking creatine and eating protien rich foods. Some people also were telling me about m-drol but I don't know much about that... any info would greatly appreciated
