Hi, this may be a stupid question, or it may have already been answered, but I would really appreciate an answer
On all supplements they state how much should be taken and when....should this number be lower for a woman? For example, my amino acids say to take 4 tbsp before workout, and 4 tbsp after...should I be taking this much?? I started with half of that amount (2tbsp) just to be safe. Thanks in advance for all help that I get!!!! BILLIE
