Supplement Timing - When to take???

I've been looking through old posts and can't easily find an answer.

I'm taking creatine and glutamine, when is the best time to take....

Before or after workout or both, and is there a time reference, within 30 min, etc.... and how about the rest of the day...

Help?

Glutamine and Creatine is best to take it before and after workou1t, yeah around in within 30 min. If you have to choose just one it would be best to take it after workout. For the rest of the day just eat food, high in protein.
 
I agree KM. I take both before and after my workout with sugar. Also after my workout I drink my protein and some fruit juice for an insulin spike. And then try to maintain my levels with some complex carbs (yogurt is good) with my meal.

I'm curious to see what other people are doing as far a supplement timing and what benefits they are going for.
 
is it still going to work if I take it before hand? and how long should I wate after I take it untill I can eat?
 
It really only has minimal influence when you take it...before or after...it will still work!
