i currently take protein, createne, and no2....i had always taken just no2 before workout but have read some things latley so i thought i should ask.....been reading its best to take no2 45-60 min. before the workout and right before u lift drink a protein shake and if i want 2-3 grams of creatine.....can i mix the creatine in with the protein shake....im also taking them both after my workout so will this screw up the absorbtion or anything by mixing them?
 
creatine is best about 15 mintues pre workout. no can stay around 30-45 minutes. protein can be taken with the creatine if thas what you want to do.
