Besides the regular support supplements use on gear for health, is it a waste of money to use stuff like creatine or preworkouts while on cycle?

creatine mono is a must IMO.. i use beta alanine too and put some sea salt in my shakes

Creatine is a must for me. I also like something to give me a boost before training like Caffeine and Pyro Rx.

Why is it a must for you? I mean wouldn't the AAS mask any benefits you're getting from the creatine. I have used creatine before & without a doubt it's good stuff. Strength gains, muscle size, recovery, everything. It's great.

hope this helps

it's also reported to be a very mild myostatin inhibitor

I can tell a difference using creatine with gear as opposed to not. Gives an additional boost in strength and stamina. I increase the creatine dose from 10 g a day to 15 when i go back to my cruise dose to help keep the strength gains from the blast. Works for me.

I'm surprised. I thought the AAS would mask it all and you won't be able to see the benefits from it because the AAS compounds are so much stronger.

Im.also a big.creatine fan...always used con-crete caps...but have been using a powder recently and liking it..

Havnt tried it but heard some good feedback on that beta-crete...so two birds in one stone...
