I'd like to hear what supplements you have found effective. I'll list my favorites and why.
MRP's.....Convenience, I prefer the protein blends such as Met-Rx and Myoplex. I recently tried Opti-Pro and liked it. It would be hard for me to get 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass without them.
Whey Protein.....Keeps my MRP usage to one a day, saves money!
Creatine.....It works, I dont take it on a regular basis. I cycle it every other month.
ZMA.....I sleep well when on it and have made better than normal gains with its use. I cycle this also.
Protein Bars.....Mid morning and mid afternoon snack/meal. NO SOY bars!
Multi-Vitamin.....Time release type.
I eat 2-3 regular meals. I try to follow a Keto type diet. I'm also heavy on fruits and vegtables.
Misc. Supps.....Psyllium, added fiber and digestive enzymes.
