I have winstrol 50mgs a day ( oral 6 weeks) and sustanon injectables 8 weeks. Can anybody please tell me a good routine for this cycle where I can achieve my goal? I m taking milk thistlend fish oil pills.obviously I plan on doing ptc after this cycle. If anyone has any advise at all plz,its welcomed. Ill b starting this on tuesday and I probably need all the help I can get. Again thanks.

Steroids are not diet drugs. I would advise investing some time in experimenting with your diet to find what works for you to get leaner and stronger. For me it's 200-300 g protein, 100-250 g carbs and 60-130 g fat a day cycling the carbs. Protein is chicken, fish, turkey and whey. carbs is rice and sweet potatoes with a small amount of fruit and lots of green veggies. fats are from the meant and olive oil. Rarely nuts. when you hit the right combo 4-6 weeks later you will be leaner yet actually gaining muscle. Then worry about AAS. AAS just open the door to get the nutrients into your lean compartments more efficiently. They are best used to gain mass or keep mas when in calorie deficit.
