Taking too much protien,,,

Hi every body,


Is there any symptom would tell me that I am taking protein more than my need? Does that extra protein also convert to fat? Any body can tell.

You will likely get the hershey squirts. Also too much protein can turn into fat. It is extra calories, and I believe it can be metabolized into carbs.
 
What is Hershey squirts? Can you explain? English is my second language.

Is there something called, too much protein? I was thinking about how much protein I eat on a daily basis and when I added it up, I was shocked to find out, I eat anywhere from 375 grams of protein to 400 which is nearly triple my weight.
 
That's a whole lot of protein.
 
It sure is.

Meal #1: Shake, 56 grams.
Meal #2: Nat. PB sandwich, 25 grams.
Meal #3: Turkey sandwhich, Three skim milks, 70 grams.
Meal #4: Can of tuna fish, Two tbsp. of PB, 65 grams
WORKOUT
PW Shake: Whey w/ water, 50 grams.
Meal #5: Three chicken breasts, potato, broccoli, 85 grams.
Meal #6: Three servings of skim milk, Two cups of cottage cheese, 47 grams.

For a total of: 398 grams of protein.

give or take a few, but nonetheless at the least on a week day I am consuming 390 grams of protein.
 
If you're not already I'd suggest you drink alot of water to help your kidneys breakdown all that protein.
