Talks on depression, and how to break free

It seems everyone around me is depressed, and they always come to me for advice....apparently it's good advice, because they say it works. Couple people told me these conversations I had with some friends were pretty good. Thought I'd post em just so people could read em, and see what they think.

Pretty solid advice.
I enjoy talking with people about these kinds of thoughts in real life because it shows everyone how alike we really are.
