Well I've lurked on these boards for awhile and after a year of helping or at least trying to help people on those other fitness boards (ABCbb.com *cough*) I was put on probation and kicked off for mentioning DP and w8's name, yes, just MENTIONING their names. So here I am, where all the smart ABCer's come after they realize a few things (i'm not gonna rant anymore).
Anyways, its great to finally post here, I've spent almost an hour or 2 at school just going through some posts, I can tell I should have came here sooner
I'm gonna start a journal and hopefully learn alot here, so, hi to everyone, and I guess heres my stats too
165lbs 5'9" 17yrs old
lifting seriously for 1.5 years, dieted the "dumb" way for the year before.
dec. 2001 I was 265lbs of pure fat, over 50% bf (yes 50%, i was tested) and it was absolutley disgusting.
from then to march '03 I lost over 120lbs down to 140. I then bulked from there to 180 and back down to 150, and now I reside bulking at 165. Right now I dont care about the fat as much. I actually look better w/ a some fat and feel better, but then again, I've never been totally ripped (try summer '04?)
So, here I go, guess I should go start that journal
