So I usually have
1-3 scoops of Gold Standard 100% on Whey protein as a snack in the daytime
Post Workout I have 2 scoops of Afterglow
Pre and Intra I have Modern BCAA (just bought today)
Pre workout I have Supp-D
Im trying to get cut up btw but I think these supps are good for both bulking and cutting
I might get Xtend or purple wraath next month to substitute the modern bcaa
