My forearms are burning and have been for several months. Started Deca 2 weeks ago, do you think it will take away issue? Anyone have this, if so what did you do?

Deca will lube up your joints and speed up collagen synthesis....but it won't be the cure all for tendonitis unfortunately. Long term hgh use and tb-500 would be the best ways to combat it. Tendonitis tends to be a lifetime annoyance....especially for stubborn weight lifter like us who refuse to take the proper time off to heal. It's just something you have to live with. It comes in waves. Sometimes you won't feel it for a whole year....sometimes it will be on and off each month. I just work through it and it subsides after a while. Just hopped on some gray tops a few months ago. It made tha pain worse at first...now I can feel it beginning to subside.

I have had great luck with BPC-157 @ 250mcg ED for 3 weeks, along with rest and ice, it's not magic so you still have to rest and ice as much as you can, but I have found it to be pretty amazing stuff

I get it on and off every few month in my left elbow. Sucks but you just have to power through. Good old ice and Advil always help for me

H-as Pharma

I had it bad for a few months and I took about four weeks off no lifting and it's gone now.so you might want to lay off and let that shit heal. Also I would recommend tight elbow sleeves/wraps and wrist straps once the tendons heal that way your tendons stay nice tight and warm.

Thanks for the feedback, I will keep my eyes open for gray tops.

I have been using the ice and it does do the trick, but I'm sick of it....sounds like it will be my cross for a while.

I have tendonitis in my right wrist, cortazone shot cured it

I've had cortisone inj in my shoulders and knees over the years and each time was about 3 months of pure pain free heaven, but I'm a little uncomfortable with the long term joint health/degradation so I only go that route if its just getting me through to a procedure to fix an issue, otherwise, HGH or BPC-157 and TB500 for me
