Laid off the bicep and even worked through it but the last bit of pain will not seem to go away.. Last night I figured I'd try icy hot or icing it for a couple days again.

Do you guys think test and var will help heal the tendon / partial tear scar from increased blood flow and moderate lifts on it?

Running out of options and just figuring fuck it and lifting heavy and not caring again. It's been since November when I injured it

Var will help increase collagen synthesis, sure, but if its been an issue since November don't expect much. Proper stretching will help reduce scar tissue and combined with safe lifting will help recovery... but its impossible to guess how much / long it will take without knowing the extent of your injury. However, I think everyone will advise to not just grind through the pain; play it smart!

Grinding through the pain is a retarded idea. Why do that? So you can lift now and really fuck yourself later? Makes no since. I'd stay away from any extensive lifting whether its light weight for reps or heavy lifts. You need to rehab it, not break down the muscle fibers and further injure and inflame it. Icing will help with the inflammation going on but give it longer than 2 days. It's not magic. The body isn't going to feel the ice and then be healed in a couple days. This is something that might take 1, 2, 3 or more months to heal. It's an injury. Shit happens. Be smart and rehab it or pay the price and risk never being able to lift again. Your choice.

Sorry if I made it sound like I'm just going to grind through.. I was really heated writing this as I'm running out of options.. I am back to lifting to my old numbers.. Lat pull 295 dead lift 405 bench 275 etc just the pain comes and goes depending on the day

I feel like I've gotten so many massages that if that was going to work it would have already and I'm willing to try growth or test e as an option
