**First off, PSL is not sponsoring this log. I did it for the knowledge of the forum users, whether the review is good or bad it's just my thoughts and reactions and all research should be done on your part prior to making any decisions.
I'm going to update with all of my measurements for last night at a later time because this is a pain from my phone:
height is 5'10"
weight is 162.4lbs when I took measurements last night (just came off a two week flu so slightly lighter then I had been)
Age: 24
I'm pinning EP test prop from PSL @ 200MG EOD.
I also intend on using the EP Dbol, also from PSL @ 40MG ED.
Day 1:
200MG Test Prop, pinned right upper glute with 23G 1" pin. Pin went great, gear was smoothest I have ever felt! Next day slight "Charlie horse" but that's to be expected and certainly not unbearable.
30MG Dbol. Taken at once dose in evening, nothing real noticeable other then cotton mouth.
Lifts were lower then I wanted but what I expected after 2 weeks of sickness and a company softball tournament over the weekend (I'm a sore and broke bastard to say the least)
Chest/Tris:
Flat bench- 185x10, 225x6, 185x10
Incline bench- 155x8, 155x6, 135x12
Decline bench (Smith machine)- 135x10, 155x10, 185x10
Incline DB Flye (each DB weight not total)- 40x10, 50x8, 45x12
Elevated dips- 4 set of 15
Tricep rope extensions- 47.5x10, 52.5x10, 57.5x10
Close grip bench press- 95x10, 115x10, 125x8
Skullcrushers- 65x10, 65x10, 65x10
All in all, horrible workout and I pinned later in the day because I decided last minute to start yesterday. Typically I pin the morning, oh well. My diet is as close to 6000 calories as I can get between the mass gain shakes and meals. I'm attempting to add 20 lbs over this 9-10 week cycle! Legs tonight so I'll post those later.
I'll also be sure to get some pics up of before/durin/after, but for now. ..here is some gear porn!
