If you're waiting 3-4 hours as suggested, you should be getting your IGF serum reading, not GH. It will not be as accurate and you can get a much better reading about the quality of your GH that way.

Doctors test IGF when prescribing and supervising GH administration for a reason.

Both readings would be an absolute best case scenario.

So would this mean that maybe IGF-1 LR3 peps are more appropriate than hGH for bodybuilding purposes?

I've noticed many TRT clinics are tapering off hGH and moving more toward Sermorelin, but not sure why.

IGF is more anabolic.. just sayin. I would still go with HGH over sermorelin though.

for what ever reason, the peptide world confuses the hell out of me. So much timing with pinning and so many different compounds. I can't seem to wrap my head around it all.

Btw I'll be getting new labs next week to test another AI and I'll be getting my igf numbers too. So I'll follow protocol with my rips that tested high on gh serum test and see how the igf level is affected. I assume it is the same protocol, 10iu IM test at 3-4 hours.

There's a lot to it.. once you dig in a little, it's not too bad. Feel free to PM me if you ever want to set up a protocol.

The reasoning is that gh serum method is not as accurate because some people are low or non responders, so the issue would be false negatives not false positives correct?

It's even more than that, there is even variation from one test to the next on the same person.
