Hey All!!!, I'm new here, female and to just regained my fitness/health after some wasted years and feeling great. Eating a clean diet and working out , mostly cardio...i have dropped about 50 pounds in 9 months. Just started incorporating weight training into my work out , and amazed by the results...even at 40. Used to think that the ab "thing" was never going to happen for this girl(mother of 4), but just maybe they are still there,,,ha. Any similar experiences, or advice from the ladies??? would appreciate it!
